WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?

Communications: you will only receive communications if:
- You are a customer or potential customer who has consented to receive information about our services.
- Provided that you have not expressed your desire to stop receiving such communications.ones.
We obtain your express consent before sending you any communication, and you may request at any time that we stop sending you communications by email to comercial@tiansl.es.
Purpose: we will only use your data for the purposes for which we collect it, unless we reasonably consider that we should use it for another reason, notifying you in advance so that you are informed of the lawful reason for processing and provided that the purpose is compatible with the original purpose.
Retention period: The period of conservation of personal data will vary depending on the service you hire, being the minimum necessary and may be maintained:
- 6 years according to Article 30 of the Commercial Code (accounting books, invoices…)
- 5 years according to article 1964 of the Civil Code (personal actions without special term).
- 12 months according to article 5 of Law 25/2007, on the conservation of data relating to electronic communications and public communications networks.
- 4 years: Law 5/2002, on Infractions and Penalties in the Social Order (obligations regarding affiliation, registrations, cancellations, payment of salaries). Article 66 and following. Ley General Tributaria (accounting books…
YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS
How to exercise these rights? You may send a communication to the registered office of TIAN S.L. or to the e-mail address comercial@tiansl.es, including in both cases a photocopy of your ID card or other similar identification document, to request the exercise of the following rights:
- Access to your personal data: you will be able to ask TIAN S.L. if it is using your personal data.
- To request its rectification, if they are not correct, or to exercise the right to forget them.
- To request the limitation of the treatment, in this case, they will only be kept by TIAN S.L. for the exercise or defense of claims.
- To oppose its treatment: TIANS.L. will stop treating the data in the way you indicate, unless for legitimate reasons or for the exercise or defense of possible claims, these must continue to be treated.
- To the portability of the data: in case you want your data to be treated by another firm, TIAN S.L., will facilitate the portability of your data to the new responsible.
You can use the forms made available to you by the Spanish Data Protection Agency, to exercise your previous rights.
Claim before the AEPD: if you consider that there is a problem with the way in which TIANS.L. is treating your data, you can address your claims to the corresponding control authority, the competent authority in Spain being the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and guarantee your right to access your personal data (or exercise any other of the rights mentioned above). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to anyone who is not entitled to receive it.
All requests are dealt with within the legal deadline: 1 month. However, it may take longer than one month if your request is particularly complex, or if you have already taken a number of actions previously. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
It is possible that, in the course of our work, we may need to disclose your information to third parties:
- Service providers that provide information technology and systems administration services.
- Professional advisors including lawyers, consultants, auditors and underwriters who provide banking, legal, insurance and accounting consulting services.
